The children of Israel constantly cried out to the Lord when they were in bondage 430 years. Looking back they didn't go in the land as slaves but as rulers. Many saw the Israelites growing stronger and mightier and were threatened by their success. As a result they sent a decree in the land to kill all their young boys and enslaved the population. The thing that was once your deliverance can quickly become your demise. In Exodus 14th chapter, God answered their prayers and was in the process of taking them to a greater place, but it was going to cost them something.
Have you ever asked God to work something out on your behalf then complained about how he worked it out on your behalf? Shut your mouth and let him work it out! God will work his purpose and plan his way. Stop complaining about what you don't have or who’s against you, put praise on it! God inhabits the praises of his people. Instead of complaining about it, "cast your cares upon him" and watch him work it out. (I Timothy 6:6)
